Phelps Fountain at Lyndale Park - Infrared
This is the Phelps Fountain (Turtle Fountain) at the Lyndale Rose Garden shot in glorious infrared. This fountain used to be right in the middle of skid row downtown until 1963 when it was moved to the shore of Lake Harriet. What did it look like then?
