Manhole Cover Farm

The answer to yesterday's question is a Manhole Cover. While out wandering the rails I discovered a collection of used manhole covers. I never saw the bottom-side of a manhole (wait, that didn't come out the way I meant). Whatever, here they are in all their glory (hmm, nah, I'll leave it).

Kenwood Watertower

The Chicago Bridge and Iron Works built this local landmark a hundred years ago in 1910. Every time I look up at it as I pass below it on the Cedar Corridor bike trail I feel like yelling up "It is I, Arthur, son of Uther Pendragon, from the castle of Camelot. King of the Britons, defeater of the Saxons, Sovereign of all England!"
