It's the City of Lakes Loppet, a non-profit organization who put the event on each year. As someone who helps as a volunteer with this organization, I didn't realize this was an issue. I wonder if this is a widespread concern in the neighborhood? I can raise this to the attention of the organization. I'm sure it would cost us more to move the snow around more, but perhaps it can be addressed. It’s not the “City’s” doing.
