Spoonbridge and Cherry with PoleCamTM

Behold, the pride and joy of PoleCamTM; I was holding this image back until I shot the new banner. Like the duck’s new digs?

What’s a PoleCamTM? New invention of mine, it’s basically a 25 foot pole I put my camera on, scary as hell to watch, the pole flexes a lot. You can see me with the PoleCamTM in action here, and here. So far I’ve only used it when I had my most trustworthy of friends around to catch my camera if I lost my balance. It’s taking some getting used to, but I’m sure that I’ll find some appropriate uses for it in the future, any suggestions?

Great POLEcam photo! Everything is perfect in the photo – the reflection – the lighting – the colors, etc.! Bravo!

Yes, I do like the new banner…amusing and creative. Your shot of the famous spoon is excellent. I loved viewing the links…you guys are more adventurous than I! Careful with your equipment as you get creative!!

Fantastic, all of it. Love the header, (especially Mr Duck) . That spoon bridge is something else. I’m a big fan of cool public art, and this is one of the coolest I’ve seen.

What! Are you crazy waving that pricey camera around onthe end of a pole? It made my heart stop. I dreamed I got water inside my camera last night. It was awful!

Mitch I really like your new banner, only just noticed it and searched for this post. I knew where you were coming from with the duck and spoon. I have a postcard from a good friend in Saint Paul with the cherry and the spoon on it.
