What on earth does this mean? There's the period, where's the verb? Is "free" a specific amount? Do we have to specify that it's free in terms of dollars, but it might cost you in some other way?
At first I thought this was a store window but on closer inspection my guess is it’s that type of thing like a newspaper vending box that distributes free newspapers, employment and real estate advertising, etc. I like it for its creative language and orthography. American money – you don’t need any – period.
