Here here, Mitch. You, I, and countless Minnesotans are suffering from prolonged spring fever. As we trudge thru our daily snow, we become less enamored with this frozen white sh...tuff. Now we are in the dirty muddy period.

I give you this, Hang On - http://northmetro.blogspot.com/2008/03/reflective-twist.html

Fine, the snow is leaving quickly, we should plan a photoshoot within the next few weeks and shoot industrial stuff. You know, train yards, wharehouse areas, etc. What say you?

I am so there! I am ignoring this snow and any weather that it brings along with it such as lowered temps or precipitation. I am boldly declaring that SPRING SHALL RULE from now on and I REFUSE to believe in snow/winter any longer! I also refuse to post any more snow pictures on my site until at least October ! (okay maybe one might feel good when it's 95 and humid outside in August!) Mitchster, hold on! It is here, just being slow. But it will pay off, and be the best Spring and Summer you've ever had if you believe!!!

Oh, and destituterebel up there, hush about the air conditioning or we'll come throw snow down the back of your shorts!

Gee, Feb in Minnesota was bad, especially if you're a student, but I don't remember March - we were probably so numb by then.

Stay with us, Mitch. Minnesota spring is glorious, and besides, you do give a nice change of scenery for those of us who are sweating in the return of summer just now! And when all else fails, you've got some fabulous theaters you can still go to for not an arm and a leg, no?

Cheezez, Mitch, strong words! Don't take the Hamlet analogy too far. Remember: the days are getting longer; your home has heat, and, if necessary, you can go to YouTube and watch wahinis dance the hula on Waikiki Beach or something similarly tropical. And, you'll be gloating come July when the temp and humidity down here are both 102, and worse than that in Dallas. Go buy some sunscreen and a six pack of Mexican beer. Read articles about melanoma and be smug about it. Observe that there are no flying cockroaches in Minnesota but the rum is every bit as good as in San Juan. There's a yin and a yang to all this.

Well I'm laughing Mitch but am sure I shouldn't, sitting here in relatively warm Menton. I'd just say look at the photo opportunities. I looked, for instance, at yesterday's post Winter Wonderland which is probably one of the best snow photos I've seen. I'm no expert, as you know, but the composition, the feeling of it - fabulous. Now if it was spring and warm, you couldn't have taken this photo, could you? And you also wouldn't have spring to look forward to, which now you do.Hey, won't be long and you'll be warm again...if it makes you feel bettter, we've got the cold mistral blowing hee and I don't do wind. Courage!

Strangely enough, I was blogging regularly when I was a bit down, but taking a break now that I'm fine. I've just too much on my plate, so either work or the blog, or both, would suffer. Good for you that you're keeping it up!

Take care of those angels. I assume you brought them home to care for them 'til their wings are on the mend?
