Day three of spring, Easter is here, where are the bunnies?
Another Cell Phone Sunday pic, I snapped this Saturday on my walk.
Please STOP, I don’t want to return to winter, here at Lake of the Isles.
Cell-phone Sunday (or as you Brits say, mobile phone) is when I post photos taken only with my crappy 640×480 phone camera to show that I’m not totally dependent on my big Nikon camera; after all, it’s the photographer that takes the picture.
Labyrinth
Here’s a bonus image for today. While I was out walking I found someone had make a labyrinth in the snow on the North end of the lake. I was impressed and walked it. I looked up labyrinths after finding one in Como Park this summer. After walking the one I found and seeing another one on the West bay, I tried my feet at making my own on the Western side of the lake by the new house construction site — here it is. I don’t know who made the first two, but thanks for doing it! I really enjoyed it and plan on making more of them as I go for walks. It gives me a reason to look forward to more snow.

What a great idea. (I was going to say what a cool idea, but it’s actually cold.) The person who laid out the maze was inspired, really “outside the box.” There is an extra irony because you can’t get lost in this maze.
There are a few little thank-yous to some of my CDPB colleagues, including you, in my first anniversary post on Saturday. I am doubly excited about it today because I just sold my first photo, ever. The place where I get my framing done has a gallery and someone bought a copy of the Thai river scene. They gave me an actual, real check. No stopping me now.
