they don’t care, there is probably an employee parking lot around the corner, and they maintain the bridges too.

Right. No point in waiting for someone to leave the garage. Just go away.

I had a version of this today. Always go to my office on Saturday morning. Couldn’t get into the empty building garage because the St. Patrick’s Day 5K run blocked it from two directions. Had to pay to park a few blocks away. The parade – a big deal here – started at noon and I thing I got some good stuff. Just downloading it now. Check my blog tomorrow.
