The first looks as though it was done in a bit of a hurry, as it's right off the highway. The other is behind some train cars. I think there is a photo of it up on my blog. This eye has been put all over the metro for sure I can tell you. MN maybe, middle west maybe, I dont know the artist of this. I would like to know if this is a gang put or just a rebel dude or a gifted artist. I would like to know if anybody who comes across here knows anything about the .. the .. anything about it more than I know that its in MN a few times around.
