		<description>Bright lights, big city.  I assume that&#039;s the moon in the background, not a gigantic electric light.  I&#039;m not out enough at night to know the phase of the moon most of the time.

As you may have heard on the news, we had a tragedy in our city two days ago.  It&#039;s the subject of my post today.  This was something difficult to write about but I needed to say it.</description>
