The place looks like a good antidote to Minnesota winters. My professional life doesn't leave me much time for hanging out in coffee shops or much of anything else. Excellent job on these pictures. I'm impressed by the perfect white balance. Did you have to work with a combination of tungsten and fluorescent lights? Looks like you just used available light.
