Sunrise/set photos are a dime a dozen (as are Santa Claus pictures, as in my post today) but what really sets this one apart is the color. The gold-bronze-orange tones are beautiful and distinctive. Was this natural light, enhanced with a color filter or improved on the computer? It would be interesting if the location allows you to move the camera angle just a bit to remove the buildings.
